Vice President Customer Service, Sales and Marketing- Jose Santiago
Jose Santiago began his employment with USAirports in 2000 as a Line Service Supervisor. In 2004, Jose became the General Manager for USAirports Flight Support. As General Manager Mr. Santiago’s responsibilities included direct operational oversight for day to day flight line operations including aircraft refueling and deicing, fuel facility operations, customer service, inventory management, technical manuals and quality control.
In 2008, Mr. Santiago advanced to Vice President of FBO Services and is responsible for executive management and overall direction, control and quality of services provided by USAirports Flight Support, Fuel Facility and Air Cargo. He is a proven result oriented senior level executive with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience driving new business, maintaining and growing existing relationships, and providing strategic leadership for one of the industry’s best-in-class providers. Mr. Santiago possesses a strong business ethics reputation and is a disciplined leader adept at working cross functionally, building long-term relationships and managing effectively in complex environments provided to customers with commitment to both corporate and customer expectations.
Prior to joining the USAirports Flight Support team, Mr. Santiago worked in Orlando, Florida at Walt Disney World’s Epcot Center Resort. In his role as a manager and chef for Disney’s Food and Beverage Division, he was in charge of 60 “Cast Members”, working to uphold Disney’s strict processes of quality assurance, food delivery and food safety in every stage.
